Local Hopper reflects its origins: We complemented honey from Champlain Valley Apiaries in Middlebury with a considerate dry-hopping of Cascade, Willamette, and Centennial hops grown by Champlain Valley Hops in Starksboro. Together, these 100% Vermont-origin ingredients present the prismatic floral beauty of VT wildflower honey with a delicate hoppy grace note of sweet citrus and asian pear. Coming at pleasantly dry at 6.1% ABV, we recommend Local Hopper as an introduction to what our mead is all about.
