Our first blended mead, comprising every mead that we bottle in proportion to how often we bottle it. Every bottling of Olio will differ but it's always just as remarkable as every mead that goes into it ! Roughly 8.5% ABV, this mead will change somewhat in character and alcohol content from batch to batch.
