A purely Vermont mead. Wild Light begins and ends as a simple infusion of raw Champlain Valley honey from treatment-free hives with our native house yeast. Bright notes of dragonfruit, green apple, muscat grape, and wildflowers shimmer among diaphanous bubbles. At 5.2%, it’s perfect for getting the ball rolling or winding down, and a lovely replacement for the bubbly base of tart and/or fruity cocktails.
